Solicitud de cumplimiento y apertura de incidente de desacato de la Sentencia T-132/16.
Luego de revisar la petición invocada considera la Corte que no es necesaria su intervención para salvaguardar la supremacía e integridad constitucional y lograr la protección de derechos fundamentales, en tanto se advierte una labor célere por parte del funcionario competente para hacer cumplir las órdenes proferidas en la providencia de la referencia, y por esa vía garantizar la efectividad de los postulados básicos que en ella fueron amparados.
Se NIEGA la solicitud formulada y se ordena remitir la misma a la Sala Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia para que, en su calidad de juez de primera instancia, decida lo pertinente.

- Primero. Negar la solicitud hecha por el senor Janner Martin Munoz Solarte con la que pretende se asuma el seguimiento al cumplimiento de la orden proferida en la sentencia T-132 de 2016 y se de apertura a incidente de desacato.
- Segundo. Remitir, a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, el escrito radicado el 16 de marzo de 2018 por el senor Janner Martin Munoz Solarte, con el que pretende se de cumplimiento a lo ordenado en la sentencia T-132 de 2016, a la Sala de Casacion Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia a quien se le debera, ademas, poner en conocimiento el contenido integral del presente Auto.
- Tercero. Comunicar al senor Janner Martin Munoz Solarte, lo resuelto en esta decision.
